Description of accommodation
This accommodation is equipped to accommodate four adults and one child.
Bedroom 1: 14 m², double bed, sheets provided.
Bedroom 2: 14 m², double bed, extra bed for child under 5 years, sheets provided.
Lounge: 20 sqm, two seater sofa.
Veranda: 10 sqm with double sofa bed.
Kitchen of 8 m² with: hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher
Bathroom (4m²) towels provided.
The accommodation is non-smoking. However, you can smoke in the garden. Evenings are not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.
This house built in 1932, without wall, is composed of two floors.
The ground floor, full foot with independent entrance, is dedicated to holidaymakers.
The first floor is occupied by the owners.
The garden of 500 square meters (house included) is to share between vacationers and owners.

Perhaps not an ideal place for a single woman

In general the place was extremely commodious and convenient, and the owners were generally kind and helpful. However, one of the owners warned me to lock all my windows and shutters when I went out because they'd had two break-ins. That made me nervous (as a single woman) that someone might try to break in while I was there, and the apartment is on the most vulnerable floor (the ground floor). So then I felt obliged to keep all the windows closed at night when I went to sleep, and it was hot while I was there, which made for not-great nights of sleep.

Séjour très agréable à quelques minutes du centre-ville

La maison est très agréable à vivre (véranda lumineuse, extérieurs sans vis-à-vis, équipements nombreux, ...) et bien située (quartier calme, à quelques minutes du centre-ville avec le tramway, dont l'arrêt est à 2 pas). Nous avons ainsi pu laisser la voiture dans le garage de la propriété toute la semaine et profiter de notre séjour uniquement avec les transports en commun (tramway + bus ou train pour nous rendre à Sete ou à la Grande Motte, par exemple).

Appartement spacieux et bien placé

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons bcp apprécié la veranda lumineux. L'appartement se trouve sur la voie de tram , tres pratique. Les propriétaires tres gentils, discrets et disponible a la fois.

Characterful property, excellent location and warm and kind hospitality from the hosts

The location is perfect, with a number 1 tram line stop just outside, a boulangerie, café, local shop and bank very close by and an excellent restaurant just down the road. The accommodation is really characterful and a little quirky (in the best possible sense), with some interesting pieces of furniture and other lovely objects. The small garden provides a perfect sanctuary, although Montpellier is an incredibly calm (and beautiful) city. The hosts are lovely people, who provided the warmest of welcomes and were incredibly attentive but discreet. We have booked to spend a week later in the summer and can't wait to return.
