On the second floor of a human-size residence (5 buildings of 3 floors), surrounded by greenery, the beach is 400m and all shops 300m (less than 10 mn on foot by a pedestrian and shaded way) Neighborhood very calm and close to everything (forget the car during your stay ...).

We propose you this nice very luminous flat, oriented south-east and completely done again in new in 2017. He understands :

- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, induction hob, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, ...) open to a living room (TV, sofa bed 2 places)
- A TRUE room of 11 m2 with a bed of 140 cm and a bed of 80 cm with storage

Appartement très propre, cosy, très fonctionnel. On s'y sent très bien. Très bon emplacement. La voiture n'est plus nécessaire pendant le séjour. Proche des plages, du centre ville. Calme.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine; l'appartement est situé dans une petite résidence tranquille avec beaucoup de végétation alentour, il est fonctionnel et bien équipé (seul bémol, la porte d'entrée un peu voilée occasionnant quelque difficulté avec le verrou). Nous sommes prêts à y séjourner de nouveau. JC et CC.
