Auf den Bildern sieht das Appartement gut aus. Aber die Lage und vor allem der Zugang zum Appartement sind Recht unschön. Das ganze Appartement ist in einem schlechten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Der angepriesene Garten war ungepflegt.
