A beautiful view of the banks of the lez, for this apartment in the ideal location. At the foot of the new Montpellier town hall, 3 tram lines, major highways and only 10 minutes from the historic center. This short and medium-term rental apartment that is functional, quiet and bright: a perfect temporary accommodation of two fully furnished and equipped bedrooms. Located on the 5th floor with elevator of a recent residence from the 2000s, this 49m2 apartment will bring you all the comfort you want to enjoy your stay in Montpellier. Its 7m2 terrace will be the ideal place for your breakfast or meal facing the banks of the lez. Composed of an entrance hall serving an open living room (living room / kitchen), a fully equipped kitchen (new from November 2016) allowing to accommodate 4 people with access to the terrace, a bathroom , separate wc and 2 bedrooms with storage. The apartment is also equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room. In the basement of the residence awaits you a large private parking space. For three or four people, this apartment is perfect for your short stay or your business trip to Montpellier!

In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows:
• for an arrival on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .; • for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including VAT payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.
In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.
At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents. The latter is permanently available on our Class Appart site.
