Very bright villa standing 5 minutes walk from the beach

  • Villa languedocienne in residential area of Grau du Roi, quiet and close to the beach and shops, on a small plot with private parking.
    Large living room on the ground floor with well equipped kitchen (2 fridge-freezer-dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto a wooden terrace where it is very pleasant to eat. Bathroom.
     3 spacious bedrooms upstairs (140 beds) with en-suite bathroom, balcony and fan.

    The photos with against day can give the impression that the house is dark. Rest assured, there is a lot of light! East West exposure with bay windows.
