More space and amenities than regular hotel. Very difficult street parking with overpriced onsite parking. Neighbourhood consists of many recently built condos in previous industrial area but a little parkette is directly across the street.

L'Appartement Hotel
Free breakfast had lots of selection and good fruit, offsite parking is across the street. Room was excellent value and very clean!
