Beautiful large 4 1/2 in the east of Rosemont (Beaubien-Viau), near the Heart Institute, Maisonneuve Hospital and Santa Cabrini.

Located in the 1st Floor of a quiet triplex with parking on the street without vignette. Near an IGA within a 5-minute walk. Parking around the corner with Bixi.

Great stay

We've enjoyed a lot our stay in this property. Great, quiet location with everything our family needed (supermarket, park, restaurant and even small community pool for kids) in walking distance.
