Huge one bedroom loft with two balconies. It was designed by a renowned Montreal architect and boasts some of the city's most unique design features. The open concept shower acts as an oasis to enjoy a relaxing bath and wash away the day. The massive back patio has a magnificent vine wall that provides you with your own secret garden. Located in the Plateau on Cartier Street just off Sherbrooke. It is steps away from the famous Parc La Fontaine. The apartment is also 3 min walking from Notre Dame Hospital, 10 min from Papineau metro, and 20 min from UQAM. There are also several hip restaurants and bars within walking distance. The street is very quiet with mostly young professionals and students in the area.

The apartment is truly one of a kind and was designed by a renowned Montreal architect. It's not your typical apartment and has a unique layout that is perfect for anyone looking to live in an artistic and creatively inspiring space.
