The property was very well appointed and in an excellent location. We needed to leave our bags on the day of check-in and the communication with the hotel was incredible. Benjamin was very responsive and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The view of the Montreal River was great, and the hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Montreal. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The room was smaller than we tought and we had a view on the backstreet instead of the port, but it was very comfortable and I was very pleased with how clean it was and I'm quite picky on that point.

We had a great experience with excellent and quick communication from management. They made sure we were taken care of and had a great experience even though we weren't in the room much. It was a great location and we were able to get to a lot of places in old montreal by foot. We love this spot as it was our 2nd time there.

The room was very clean and the bed/shower was very comfortable. The code to our door kept malfunctioning. On arrival day, my internet was slow so it took a while to find a number to call for help. I’d advise that number be shared and stored somewhere before arrival. On a different day, during hours that someone was supposed to be at the front desk, no one was there and we had to call again when the code didn’t work. The host finally just gave us an old fashioned key. Location is great and room is comfortable. Just not a typical hotel experience due to lack of service.

Everything about thei hotel was great i.e. location, rooms and staff the only downside was the fact that when turndown service was requested only towels were changed and the bed was remade but nothing was vacuumed or clean out.

Wonderful location in old Montréal! The room was wonderful, with a kitchenette and a microwave, so you could have a nice meal in your room during your stay. Walking distance to the Notre-Dame Basilica, and many shops, restaurants, and galleries along the brick-paved streets. The nightlife was lively, and while you could hear it at night, it wasn’t overwhelming. Keep in mind, if you’re walking this beautiful city, there is no elevator, except for transporting your bags (dumb waiter). The front desk is attended during the daytime, but hours are limited. The managers were very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Great location in old Montreal right on the water. Very clean and large room. We were in the suite on the first floor. Only downfall is it is right beside the lobby so you can hear people coming in and out of the hotel at times

The staff was great and the place is a great location. The room was a bit different than I thought. They only showed pictures with windows with nice views. But this was a little cubby room which was very nice, but it was right next to the lobby and unfortunately on top of a club so at night the booming music played till probably 2 AM. There was also some mixup I put in for Friday and Saturday night but it took it as Friday night and checking out Saturday so I paid way too much for only one night. We had to move out the next morning and find another place to stay. The staff was great and gave us a late checkout and even brought us a little gift because of the noise.
