Place is getting run down. Bathroom door off hinge and unable to fix, grout missing in bathroom, no toilet paper holder, no creamer for coffee pods that come in room. Extremely small bathroom!!! Felt unsafe outside of building with all of the homeless hanging around during the day and sleeping on all of the benches out front. Was given 2 addresses for parking lots in the area, one of those was closed which left us not much choice of where to park. On the other hand, great central location to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Internet wasn’t working, which was maddening since we wanted to plan our activities and meals.

If you have any event at the Palais des congrès de Montréal this is the place to stay. You are one block from the Metro two blocks from Chinatown and a block from the convention center.

The room itself was pretty good, and clean. Location was convenient. But the air conditioning did not seem to work, nor did the WiFi Access. I sent a message about both during my 3 night stay but never heard back.

Very cute in a pretty good location can usually walk to everything we only took metro once, I liked how there was multiple security measures, one thing I would note is the front had a lot of in housed people, though this did not bother us or put a factor on the stay, they were a little loud at night but still slept fine

What we loved most was the location of the apartment. Central to many great areas, shops, restaurants, and the metro. The building is directly across from a mission that serves unhoused people. There were often some near the entrance to the apartment, but we had no problems and never felt uncomfortable. Other positives were that the apartment itself was good for the price. It is updated, with a nice (although small) kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with a few basic kitchen essentials, but would not work well if you plan to cook all meals. It was very clean. The apartment is small, so more than two guests would be tight. (Only two chairs at the table. Very small bathroom. etc.) The hotel staff was around during the day, and they were helpful when we needed something. A few things we didn't love were that the sofa bed is VERY uncomfortable, and we don't recommend using unless very short term. The door from the bedroom to the bathroom was broken, so privacy was an issue. There is one small towel bar in the bathroom, and no counter or cabinet space or hooks for towels. Also, the wifi in the unit wasn't working. We were given access to the unit's next door, but it was weak. Our last morning, electricity was out. Not the faulty of the property. However, we had to use the stairs to exit the building. The stairway had no emergency lighting and was dirty, and smelly. Challenging with 2 big suitcases from the 5th floor. Over all a pleasant stay.

Black hairs in bedsheets and towels and on floors. Fridge made very loud noise from the fan in freezer. Parking half km away. Lots of scary homeless at front door of lobby. One of the chairs looked like someone urinated in it
