Comfortable beds and convenient location from the airport, good for low budget travellers who are not fussy. The building is old, carpet is in bad shape and there is no security at the entrance. Staff responded promptly to our calls.

The room is the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. It's not even comparable to a hotel; it's in an old apartment building. The room is very unhygienic, and it doesn't even feel safe to stay in.

Room was a little hot and you don’t have control over ac. It was nice to have a kitchen with a good amount of cookware. Nice location, quick walk to the grocery store or food. The pharmacy within walking distance has a 3-day bus/metro pass for $20.

It's clean and not too far from the airport, if you want luxury this isn't your place. It's nothing fancy, old apartments turned into hotel rooms but it's a clean and safe place to lay your head for a night if you're traveling. We stayed twice, one room had a nice updated bathroom, the other not so much. Again, was fine for 1 night, but don't expect the ritz..

Don't stay here. The place was dirty. The deadbolt on the door wouldnt work. There was mildew and mold all over the bathroom. There was no running water in the kitchen because the pipes weren't connected to the sink. The front door was falling off its hinges. There was all sorts if noise on the street during the night. Curtains were stained. Bed linens were torn and tattered. The parking lot is poorly lit and has no camera surveillance. The front desk staff were unhelpful. I can understand old and not fancy but this place was neglected. It ranks as one if the 2 worst stays at a hotel I have ever had.

No hot water in shower. Homeless persons in lower entrance. Spilled alcohol in same entrance. Body odour on furniture. Hole in kitchen wall. Overall terrible. Wasted my expedia points towards this stay.

My partner and I stayed here for one night before a flight out of YUL. We enjoyed our stay here, our room was clean and the building was quiet. Definitely some older infrastructure but the bathroom and kitchenette were recently renovated. I would definitely recommend staying here if looking just for somewhere to sleep! Lots of reviews complaining about cleanliness and smell, but our room was perfectly clean with clean bedding and towels, and no oder aside from typical older building smell. We would definitely come back and thank you!

Great value and good space with some improvements
The tap in the shower was completely messed up, took a few hours to figure out where to get the hot water coming out. The bedroom didnt need two chairs in it ... would have been better placed in the living room. the stove and counters are not level at all but was a good option to have the ability to cook their ---limited supplies to cook though and no dish soap to wash the dishes after :(

Not much positive to say about this apartment. The only thing they had right in the advertisement was the number of beds The ad is very misleading and the pictures certainly weren’t from the last 20 years. It was very run down

The hearing in the room was nonexistent for a stay that was below freezing. There was an uneasy feeling with blood stains/paint on the floor. But there was no red paint in the room. No shuttle service but that’s whatever. The room smelled as if someone had been wood working in there all day.
