This was surprisingly great! Our previously booked hotel cancelled on us 2 days prior to trip and we found this one-great location, lots of security, yummy breakfast and rooms were exactly as promised-beds a little hard but no biggie-even gave us extra pillows and blankets. Definitely recommend!

An amazing hotel for the price and location, i was completely expecting a hostel/dorm style room but received a HUGE single with an ensuite bath/shower and toiletries, as well as a ticket for their breakfast buffet. The staff are very friendly and the residence is not very crowded except at check-in/check-out times.

We loved that the accommodation was centrally located and had plenty of amenities (gym, game room, breakfast room, etc). The stay was comfortable, and the employees were friendly. The only thing I’d say to improve would be to upgrade the flimsy pillows…my pillow barely had enough filling to be called a pillow. Otherwise, the stay was great.

The room was clean, no noise from other rooms, plenty of hot water. The amenities and linens were basic but clean and served the purpose. Breakfast had many options, not gourmet food by any means but something for everyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The common areas were fun! The location of the residence is fantastic! A couple of minute walk to St Catherine's St, a nearby metro stop, a grocery store across the street, parking was also relatively easy to find. We will be back!

Great hotel with a tasty breakfast included. More than what we expected from a student residence. Simple room but very clean with basic toiletries. No hair dry in room so need to ask the front desk if any available. It didn’t have hangers in the closets either but we didn’t unpack anything to hang. We would stay there again.

My brother and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Definitely gives college student life nostalgia. Our suite had 2 rooms, each with a twin bed and a desk. There was a small couch and 2 closets. The bathroom had tub/shower and a toilet, the sink was separate and was outside of the bathroom. We didnt get to check out the amenities. I wouldn't say that this was a luxury stay, but you get what you pay for. Was genuinely impressed overall given the price. Great location too.
