This facility offers good value accommodation at a very convenient location which is easily accessible. I Have stayed here before; if the quotes continue to be reasonable, I will likely book again; indeed, I think I have already done so for next year; and I also stayed here earlier this year.

The cons: - The room had a strong cigarette smell which they attempted to cover with air fresheners - The baseboards were cracked and peeling off the wall - Overall kinda grimy and dated aesthetic The pros: - It was ~$70/night - The staff were kind and helpful - The parking is free Overall, very much a "you get what you pay for scenario" , but was overall happy with the stay :)

Honestly, great place to stay if you have limited standards. I brought my own blanket, bed sheets, and pillow and i slept like a baby. The AC worked fine but it was dirty. But again, very good for its price in montreal. Id stay again if i come solo.

We were unable to flush toilet paper because of a plumbing issue. The room was dirty and there were a bunch of ants. Only one lock on the door worked. Mattress was collapsed and sagged on one side, sheets were covered in stains and blankets had cigarette burns all over.

The hotel is Very dated. It was dirty and stunk of cigarettes. The room was not made up between nights. Floors were very dirty. Bathroom was disgusting I would not stay here again

Cleaning staff were excellent. How they keep that place clean is a miracle. Decor is early 1970's or is that 1870's. Bed and bathroom were fair. A picture may worth a thousand words but they hide a thousand faults. This building should be condemned. Won't be back.

Dans l'ensemble c'était bien. Le frigo de la chambre fait un bruit épouvantable. Les lits sont confortables mais trop mous, par contre les couvertures polaires sont très appréciées.
