staff were extremely helpful and guest areas were always clean and tidy. the rooms and hotel are a bit "dated" but otherwise everything was great. the bed was very comfortable and good a/c especially during the heat wave we travelled in. food in the breakfast area was good there were pancakes sausage eggs bagels cereal etc... overall my stay here was pleasant and would stay here again.

AC & Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The carpets in the room were outdated and seemed to feel damp as well as the dressers, cabinets, closets, and fridge were unfortunately broken/not in proper working condition. The best part of the hotel is the location as we were walking distance from Bell Centre for AG concert!

The property is very poorly maintained, the walls are filthy, furniture is broken. The rooms are clearly dated, and look like they are given the bare minimum clean. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Staff was amazing, they let us check in early and offered to hold our bags. Room was clean when we arrived and overall very spacious. The front balcony had a beautiful view. Location of hotel is very convenient especially to shopping centres and the bell Center, however the street itself was a little noisy and not overly kid friendly. With that being said I would definitely stay again!

very clean room we stayed 1 night and it was great. The placement is perfect right in downtown. Only downside is the 40$ for the parking… very expensive for not even 24h of parking. There also the door of the balcony that is very hard to open close and hardly isolate any sound since its really hard to close fully. Remember your staying on Cresent which is very busy at night. Except that, very nice room !

Nice spacious room on the quiet side of the building. The room was clean with powerful AC and comfy beds. Furniture and decor are a little outdated and the proper could use a small refresh but overall very satisfied. We would return.

The positives: the beds were super comfortable and the location was great. The negatives: the rooms were in very poor shape with peeling wall paper, all the wood was chewed up and damaged, and the carpeting was ridged appearing like water damage.
