    -we are allowed to rent our property to tourists

    Spacious, renovated and beautifully furnished apartment in the heart of Montreal, sleeps up to 8 persons. Fully equipped to make your stay comfortable as home.
    It's located on Hochelaga street (one street south of Sherbrooke East), just next to downtown Montreal.

This is a great place to stay as it is within walking distance from the metro station. The property manager was great in replying to our queries and very helpful. The property is clean and well maintained.

Good Stay in Montreal!

Me and a friend stayed in this apartment for 3 days and it was great! Apartment was very clean and close to the subway station. The host was very helpful for the entire duration of the trip and even gave some recommendations for places to go and eat. Would stay here again and recommend it to others :)

Great location with parking

The property was clean and Hang was very helpful during our stay. It was very convenient to have free parking for our car and then simply walk to the metro station to explore the city.

This apartment is a great location from which to explore Montreal. It's very close to the Joliette station, as well as walkable to the Olympic Park/Biodome etc. The owner is extremely responsive and the apartment is clean and comfortable.

Great home in Montreal

We had a great experience in this home. Beds were comfortable, and we loved the dining room table for enjoying board games. There are two couches in the living room, giving us plenty of space to enjoy being together. Great access to the Metro and an easy walk to the botanical gardens. Convenient shops nearby, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks!

Perfect spot!

The house was clean and spacious for pur group. We had 2 kids and 4 adults and we had plenty of room to relax when we were not on the go. Metro is close by which made traveling around the city easy and efficent. Property manager was friendly and accomidating

A roomy apartment for the four of us--very clean; comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything one needed. Nice apartment close to restaurants

Comfortable apartment with 3 comfortable beds, and nice kitchen with washer dryer. Lively restaurant street is only 2 blocks away, the metro stop is one block in the other direction, and a decent farmer’s market is about 1 km away with the essentials of great breads and cheeses, butcher and vegetables. We loved this location.

A clean apartment in a great location. Host was very communicative. While the apartment is definitely non-smoking, neighbors smoking can be smelled … not a big deal unless bad allergies are present. A great stay!!

The home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for the four of us. This property is a 5 minute walk to the Metro with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient & Comfortable

We stayed for three nights and found the location extremely convenient for getting into the city. Our host Hang was attentive and friendly and very easy to reach - response was very quick. In walking distance we discovered a lovely bakery with a cheese bar which was fabulous- I would encourage anyone staying to check out Arhoma for breakfast. I would certainly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to metro and botanic gardens

The location was very convenient to the metro station which we took to visit several neighborhoods in the city. We also walked to the botanic gardens and Olympic stadium which was only a few blocks away. There is a nice park across the street with a splash pad, playgrounds and dog park. It was nice to see some furry friends while on vacay. The owner was very nice and highly responsive!

Great place in great location. Easy access to metro, local shops and parks. Hostess was helpful and quick to respond to questions. We visited the Olympic park and biodôme, science centre, old Montreal and downtown. All easy by metro or walking. Found lots of shops on rue Ontario just a few blocks from the apartment.

Good Location, Large Apartment

We spent a long weekend at this location. Quiet neighborhood next to a local park. Good host, very helpful and communicative. Easy process and we appreciated her efforts. Walking distance to -- Botanical Gardens -- Ontario Boulevard is a busy street with a market and eateries. The Metro is literally round the block and you can get to different parts of city really easily in very little time. The apartment itself is much older than the pictures indicate, but it's clean and quite large. A family could easily grab the space.

Property was super conveniently located.1-2 blocks to Metro station. 1/2 block away from local convenience/grocery store. Easy 20-minute walk to the Botantical Gardens and Biodome. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for making meals (other than the food which was easily obtainable at the grocery store 1/2 block away). And your own off-street parking spot. Perfect for a grey time visiting Montreal with the family.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was close to our event. It was just a 2 minute walk to a metro station. 5 minute walk to some grocery stores. The house was very clean, very spacious and quiet. If I needed any info i was able to contact Hang and got a response right away.
