Spacious high-ceiling studio ideally situated in the heart of downtown Montreal (Ville-Marie, near Beaudry Metro). Recently renovated to accommodate guests from around the world, the unit offers convenient access with a private ground-floor entrance (just two steps) and self check-in.


•Fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a range of small appliances including a toaster, electric kettle, shaker, and drip coffee maker.

•Sleeping arrangements include one double bed and one queen-sized bed.

•55” Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and more.

•Complimentary internet and Wi-Fi included.

•Complimentary shampoo, body soap, and towels are provided for your comfort.

•Basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and sugar are also available for your convenience.

•Strictly no events or parties permitted. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction.

This spot was perfect. Nice 10 min walk from waterfront and downtown Old Montreal core. SPACIOUS Had all the amenities in good working order and a few extras like towels and an ironing board which were both handy since we were travelling for work. Well appointed space that blended the best of a hotel and private rental. Check in and out process was easy and problem free.10/10 recommend

This is a large studio, close to the metro & walking distance to old port. The kitchen is updated, the bed is comfy & the area is safe. The bathroom is a bit tricky (no space to put anything) but it works. Another wall shelf or space in the cabinet below the very tiny sink would have been useful. It would also be great to have a pan to warm things in the oven. The windows are large but covered , so it is impossible to see outside from anywhere inside. We enjoyed our time there.
