It's self service, but it worked very well for me. Quiet, and nice rooms. I really liked the bed and pillows. They answered my messages promptly when I had them. Great location for hitting up different spots in old Montreal.

The room was well stocked, everything needed to cook meals. Very comfortable bed, eating area. A couple of easy chairs would have been very welcome. Help from staff re tv operation and taxi reservation were handled very efficiently. Much appreciated. We would stay again if in the area.

My reason for not giving a 5 star review is that the speaker in the room didn’t work nor did the safe. Nor do they clean in between days. Other wise the location is perfect and the room is really nice and clean!

I was so grateful that the lovely young woman at the front desk was available to help me get checked in. Vacation for me is about putting my cell phone away and not being connected 24 seven to my devices. This hotel’s model insists that guests be continuously checking email and texts. Otherwise you can’t function, But I did get assistance as I said from IN-person staff who were on site when I arrived—that was much appreciated.

This is fine if you like industrial type rooms, very cold and sterile inside. Also if you need to stay for work for a week or more it is great as it has a kitchen, big dinin space and a little lounge space in the room. It was not what I prefer.
