Location was great if you are looking for a calm neighborhood and near the airport, far away from downtown. Expect stairs if you are carrying a heavy luggage. Easy check in and check out.

Property has spacious rooms, bathrooms on every floor, and is located right across the street from the rivers. Lots of things to do and see. Great for walking , running, biking, boating, fishing, etc.

Location with room to spare

This spacious house is in a great location. Overlooking the St. Lawrence River, the house is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The host, Vlad, couldn't be more accommodating, and he responded quickly to any question. The house is perfect for large families.

Family Vacation

We all absolutely loved this house! There are great restaurants and cafes all within blocks of the house, as well as groceries and a dog park. The waterfront view is beautiful and very nice to walk along. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Choice

We wanted a place away from the city with plenty of room. Our experience was truly a French feel and we were very comfortable. The area has wonderful restaurants also.

We had a great trip. House was as advertised. The location is quiet, but you can easily walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also, the property owner was very responsive.

Place is great

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It has lots of character and is lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The area is great to walk in close to market and some restaurants. We walked the waterfront park and went to breakfast at a local cafe. It's a relatively easy 30-minute drive to downtown Montreal.

Fantastic!

This was a great find for a place to stay outside of downtown Montreal. Enough restaurants within walking distance. Great walking path along the water as well! Very clean place and owner very responsive. Highly recommended! Would love to stay here again.

Great stay in Lachine

We had a great stay while renovations where being done on our place – so over two weeks in a very grande home on the Lachine canal. I want to thank Vlad for his attentiveness and keeping in contact with us. It's a great location, with lots of great restos in the area. Close for us to the kids schools. Overall, a smashing success, and a bit of a life saver while parts of our house were under heavy construction.

6 night stay for Boys' trip to the Presidents Cup

Love the house. Kitchen and bath rooms recently remodeled and upgraded. Host Victor/Vlad helpful and quick to respond to all questions and I/we had a few! Nearby local restaurants all excellent Il Fornetto twice Arena Pizza twice, once take out Chez L'Gourmand great lunch Even walked down to the Dairy Queen for a Sundae We ventured into Downtown to the Irish pub. Perfect Vacation Spot 🚴‍♀️☀️

We wanted a location close to the river and bike/walking/restaurants. This place was ideal for all our outdoor activities. We took an Uber to downtown Montreal and the old port. The ride was approximately 30 min. The house was clean and extremely spacious. Parking was easiest across the street. Host is extremely helpful. We highly recommend this VRBO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely perfect

We had a wonderful time. The rental is exactly as described. Great location with a wonderful view. Extremely clean and spacious. If anything, the photos do not do the place justice. Highly recommend. A quick note, only park one vehicle in the area behind the unit, two cars makes it difficult for the neighbours to access their own spots. However, there is plenty of free parking across the street. You will not regret staying here

Gorgeous home, beautiful location!

The home was absolutely beautiful and even bigger than expected. It seemed well maintained and the property owner was extremely responsive and communicative. The surrounding area was charming and beautiful if a little sleepy, with plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. If you're looking for something in a relatively quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a great place for you. It was about 30 mins by car from downtown Montreal, with easy access to bike trails (and rental bikes) if you prefer to commute by two wheels! This was our first time in Montreal but it definitely won't be the last!!

Nice property in beautiful quiet area

Lots of space, beautiful house. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well equipped and nice. About a $25 uber from the airport of $45 uber to downtown. Be aware lots of stairs (one narrow flight to the first three bedrooms and two narrow flights to the 2nd set of bedrooms). The stairs are uneven and slippery so be aware if anyone in the group has limited mobility. Four of the bedroom doors were glass with no blinds or coverings, which was a bit strange and could be ackward for the wrong group! Otherwise very nice.

Host was very easy to get ahold of and gave great suggestions on sites and food. The inside was very clean but the outside could use a little tlc. Beautiful view off front porch. Accessible to walking path along the river across the street and park. The views at sunset by the lighthouse is gorgeous and just a short walk down the path. The stairs outside and inside are hard to navigate if you have physically challenged people but ok for others. Most rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. All in all it was a good stay!
