Convenient location, close to hop on hop off bus stop and the old town. Great tasting good value noodles just over the road. A few homeless nearby a block or two away, but not in anyway threatening, but some begging. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Carpark under the hotel safe and secure.

$390 a night is ridiculously overpriced for this tired old property with no view, except right into the rooms across the courtyard. Reception on a different floor from entry was inconvenient and arrival reception staff was rude and departure staff couldn’t direct me to the train station.

From the first view of the building, to the koi pond in the lobby, you immediately know you are in Chinatown. The room was spacious and very clean. Service was great and parking was available in a parkade that could hold our full size truck. The pool and sauna were basic but very well maintained, as was the laundry facilities. The location was perfect for walking to Notre Dame, the Old Port, Chinatown, and other areas of town. A great stay.

Great for Convention Stays!

This hotel is so close to Palais de Congres that I always stay here when in Montreal for work. Great koi pond in the lobby and just around the block from many great Chinatown restaurants.

Stayed with my parents for a long weekend trip. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, especially in planning our trip around the city. The front desk had several maps, including city transportation, and one front desk person walked me through a whole day of getting to the different places I wanted to go with bus numbers and metro stops. She was wonderful!! The jacuzzi was relaxing and the pool refreshing. Had a door issue (that was my fault after locking myself out of my room because I gone through my parents door to leave) and the maintenance person was very helpful and was able to get me in. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was also good with a few chinese options as well. I saw they also gave children cups of fish food to feed the koi in the indoor pond and they loved it!
