Hotel feels like it’s still in the 1980’s and badly needs modernization. Room had no booklet with info like restaurants, amenities, tv channels, TV was small with no swivel and very few channels. Also no hotel info, pay per view nor ability to check your account or check out. View was ridiculous facing the interior wall. Not worth the money

We had a great stay, the location was perfect for us as a home base to explore Montreal for the first time! Unfortunately the property is undergoing some construction so it wasn't always the quietest, and some of the hallways looked older and a little worse for wear, although very clean, and the WiFi was quite slow in the rooms. Apart from those small issues our stay was lovely, the pool was nice and the hot tub was lovely to relax in, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were all extremely helpful and lovely

My son loved watching the trains and swimming in the heated outdoor pool. Only negatives were we had to carry roller bags up a few stairs and it was confusing where to get towels for the pool. But overall, great hotel.

Easy in and out, fit the bill for a show at Centre Bell! Fun to use the outdoor pool! Bar area not that welcoming with lighting but seemed more like a conference space then hotel you want to hang out in the lobby areas. Good stay!

This is a cool hotel due to the swim area, however it is run down in areas (although construction is occurring). I wish the pool was open later and maybe had adult only hours. The location is great if you’re going to the Bell Center as it’s accessible underground. The bedding also isn’t great. Staff was nice and the pros outweigh the cons, I’d stay here again.

Excellent location within walking distance to shopping. Beautiful outdoor space with heated pool and hot tub. Would return.

hotel mak isolé au sons... impossible de bien dormir on entendait les voisins da côte comme si il etais dans notre chambre avec nous... le stationnement qui est independent de lhotel coûte 27 $ a chaque fois que vous voulez revenir a lhotel je déconseille passé votre chemin
