very clean, room was way smaller than i thought, and they had very dated and ugly ceilings. Looked like you were in a prison. I would have rathered a different place if i knew. staff were king and pool was also quite small and old looking. great location though.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was great for the most part. Pros: We booked the room for the bathtub. There were plenty of towels and throughout our stay, the water was hot, with good water pressure. The bed was decently comfortable. Staff members were friendly. The amenities were well kept. There was lots of parking. Although events were taking place in the hotel, we were not disturbed by them in our room. The hotel lobby and the room were both clean. Cons: The ceiling seemed unfinished. If a fridge is advertised in the room, there should not be an additional charge to use it. It would be nice if there were some water bottles and creamer for the coffee included in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the location is great as the hotel is not too far from downtown Montreal (about 25 mins drive).

Room was clean and quiet. View from window was good. Staff interaction was minimal but satisfactory. I really wish that I had of known at check in or ahead of time that when I needed something, like new towels, I'd need to go to the front desk to ask for them. Normally I'd expect to be able to call and ask for towels to be brought to my room, but when I was unable to get in touch with anyone by phone, I stopped by on my way out and asked if new towels could be brought to my room at some point during the day, I was told that I could request towels when I come back. Not sure if this is a normal thing for this hotel or just a post-covid world cutback.

Not in a great location. Its industrial but right off highway so useful for some folks. Just not what I hoped for. New hotel though, so thats nice. Breakfast should be included for cost of hotel when comparing to my other hotels at same price.

It exceeded all our expectations! The room was really nice, large and spacious. It had a great ambiance, a mini bar with great options, a really nice view and overall atmosphere. Will absolutely stay here whenever we visit Montreal again.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast should be included for the price of the rooms. One of the 2 faucets in the ba6was loose. We mentioned it but they couldn't tighten it in 4 days of our stay. I could have done it but nobody had a pair of pliers.
