Ideally located near parks (park laurier & park lafontaine) and all amenities on foot distance. Quiet neighborhood and walk distance to either Laurier or Mont-Royal metro station, and Mont-Royal street with its delicious restaurants, small cafes and groceries. Looking for quiet, clean and respectful visitors/tenants. No smoking and no pets.
