Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever. In addition, there's a paid parking lot right behind the building.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
