Good day I have updated some pictures to advice that the airbnb we had was nothing like the pictures.The floors made so much noise in all off the roomsThe beds made so much noiseThe people staying above made so much noise.The couch was not a couchThere was no bounty sheetsThere was no sugar for coffeeThe shower coking was old and had mildewThe door was missing and a curtain was in its place ( I actually fell through not knowing there was no backing)Back balcony my partner almost fell down as the floor is not safe at all (we should not have had access to this area)The counter was burned with circular marksStairs not safe going up and down into the unit.Parking asked to send the link alone but just copy and paste the entire message when I asked to send the link alone two times.This location looks nothing like the pictures and is in need of a renovation.I was extremely disappointed in what I booked and looking for some compensation as this was false advertisement.

Beware - misleading information
Communication was great, and the check-in process was easy, but the listing is very misleading. The property photos make the space appear much brighter and more vibrant than it is. There are also several photos of a pack-and-play. Before check-in, I asked the owner if a crib was available, and they said no. Why show photos of a crib if there isn't one available?The listing states that there is parking available, but this is misrepresented. Street signage in front of the unit indicates you need a parking permit to park on the street. When I asked the owner if a parking permit was needed, I was told no. A few days later, I got a parking ticket. I asked the owner if they would issue a credit equal to the amount of the ticket, and they refused, stating that I needed to 'obide by street signage.' Parking is only available IF you're able to find a free parking space somewhere in Montreal... there is no dedicated parking space for the unit.The coffee pot wouldn't brew coffee. I notified the owner and was told they'd "look into it." I never heard back.There is a washer / dryer in the unit, but laundry detergent wasn't included.The shower faucet is permanently stuck, so you can only take a shower - no baths. Normally, I wouldn't have cared, but we were traveling with our kids, who still take baths.There was a large hole in the bathroom wall. And the floors are incredibly squeaky - feels like living on an old ship.Great location, but disappointed in the unit.
