Comfy Montreal Stay

The property was nice and just what we needed, parking was easy to find on the block , very convenient location, in walking distance to food, the walls a bit thin so we did hear noisy neighbors above us and even loud talking and laughing ( until late at night) and also heard the heavy footsteps from people above, but would recommend overall

We had a good stay, I would recommend this place. One small issue was just a little bit dirty, such as cobwebs in one bathroom and one shower didn’t seal properly so a bit of a mess to take a shower. But overall it was clean and what we needed.

Cozy Apartment

Property was clean and two bathrooms in the unit was very convenient. We were in Montreal for our daughter's wedding and the location was central to activities. No issues finding parking and a Maxi grocery store was only two blocks away. Also a short walk to the best smoked meat at Schwartz's. Thank you.

My family of 5 (all adults) stayed in this wonderful rental. We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate our needs. The rental was as advertisedand met our needs perfectly. The rental is in an incredibly vibrant community. We were in walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The unit has 2 showers. We found the beds and pillows to be very firm and very comfortable (which we all prefer). There is a fridge, stove and dishwasher. There is also a stacked washing machine and dryer. There is also a smart TV. Sam was a great host and all instructions for entry, various codes were easy to follow. My family highly recommends this property.

Apartment was clean and well apportioned. Traveling with two teenage boys it was nice having the second bathroom. As in previous reviews, both showers leaked. One was really bad as it was missing an entire bottom seal on the door. Construction out front of the building made dropping off difficult but was totally manageable and looked like it should wrap up fall of 2025. Parked in an underground lot about a 5 minute walk. Had space for my full sized pickup truck. Enjoyable 15 minute walk to the subway/metro station and some fantastic dining options. Overall I would recommend this place and would return on my next visit to Montreal.
