We did enjoy our stay here at The Downtown Zando! It was a great location for getting around, this was our first time to Montreal! Our place was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. After walking lots during the day and evening we appreciated the comfort! The shower had great water pressure and hot water. We also appreciated the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, shampoo & conditioner.
We would certainly would recommend this place to family and friends 🇨🇦💜🇨🇦
Found this property on the day I needed it and The Downtown Zando managers were swift and responsive immediately. Thorough and easy to understand self check in instructions and information were provided. The apartment I had was lovely, clean and a welcoming home for by 4-night stay, with a fully furnished kitchen. The location is mildly sketchy but I never felt unsafe in the well secured building (there was a security attendant in the lobby overnights). It's also very conveniently located, steps from the St Laurent metro station, Place des Arts and Chinatown. If I needed accommodations again in Montreal, this would be my first go-to place.
