Three gîtes in the house. First floor: living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds), shower room with WC. Shared terrace + small garden. Services and amenities all included. Second common entrance with large dining room for gatherings and shared washing machine.



Bed linen and towels provided.

Charming gîte located 100m from the slopes in the family-friendly resort of Les Karellis (a car-free, pedestrian resort with the "Famille Plus" label and the first resort with the "Parent" label).

Charming Nordic cross-country skiing site at 800m. Numerous other top ski areas nearby: Orelle gondola linking Val-Thorens/3 Vallées 27km away (world's largest ski area with 600km of pistes), Les Sybelles 28km away (Maurienne's largest ski area with 310km of pistes), Valloire/Galibier Thabor 39km away. Charming, typical village nestled in the heart of the famous Maurienne valley on the road to Italy (border 40km away), very close to the Vanoise National Park. All-season access to different massifs, territories & ski areas (skiing, hiking & biking).

Many mythical mountain passes! Numerous sports and leisure activities in Les Karellis, including a swimming pool. Villargondran lake 16km away. Possibility of renting the house's two gîtes for a total capacity of 10 people. Ideal for a "snow & ski" or "nature & rejuvenation" holiday for the whole family! A paradise for children!



Beautiful traditional farmhouse dating from 1860, tastefully renovated in keeping with local architecture and the "family home" atmosphere. Just 100m from the slopes (link to Les Karellis). Charming, typical hamlet nestled in an unspoilt natural setting of meadows and forests. South-east facing slope. Very quiet location. Very comfortable. Warm mountain atmosphere. Lots of charm. Ultra cozy. Exposed terrace. Pleasant little communal garden. Splendid panoramic views of the Aiguilles Noires and Galibier Massif.
