"Online pictures and description painted picture of spacious 0one room condo. This is tight 2 queen hotel room. No soap in bathroom. Tv nonfunctional that after second call property engineer got working. “Walk to gondola” I guess if you are into long walks. There was a shuttle. Online says parking spot but we were told it was 100% valet only which was a hassle."

"Not clean, beds are old, bathroom looked like a 10 year old did repair work..sketchy people walking thru the parking lot at night looking in vehicles...Any Chain Hotel name even if independently owned...should suprise inspect any hotel with their name on it... Hotel.com rating is 0 to 10..this places gets a Huge 2.0...guy at front desk was nice.. ONLY GOOD THING I CAN GIVE POSITIVE TOO.. Hotels. Com shouid have a full refund inspection clause...if you book..show up n look at your room and its trash..you Automatically get a full refund on the spot and the booking gets canceled..."
