This property was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. They did a great job restoring this 1900s home. Both beds were king sized and comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was close to both Black Canyon and Montrose's cute downtown area. They had games, plenty of towels in the bathroom, and a nice large shower.

Adam was a fantastic communicator. The interior is very cute and updated. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and close to most everything. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our family loved the house and location. Easy walks to the central downtown. Tha home maintains its 1910 character while providing the modern comfort conveniences. Would stay there again.
