If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Wonderful Retreat
This place is a fantastic place for a retreat. It is very remote. Private lake access, kayaks and boats for fishing or just for fun. The building itself was very cozy with a sunroom and the owners do live on one side with a connecting door but they are delightful and give you plenty of space. Highly recommend

We had a quiet, relaxing stay and even got out on the water a little. There's a nice kitchen for cooking, a cozy fireplace and some great records to listen to! Highly recommend.

Great hosts! Nice house by the lake.
Just needs a few more outlets to charge your devices. The hosts are very attentive. Certainly do wish the gas logs had blowers.

Wonderfully relaxing
We arrived and Kevin came and welcomed us and told us what we needed to know and recommended some things to visit in the area. The house was surprisingly spacious with high ceilings…a definite plus with a husband who is 6’5”. Since it was a rainy weekend, the sun room was much appreciated as well as the covered pavilion. I enjoyed the dock as much as the weather would allow. We enjoyed meeting Tami and their cute little grandchildren later in the day! Overall a very relaxing and much needed get away. We will definitely return when we can!
