About this property

Apartment in the historic center - Montsalvy

  • Two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a building in the historic centre of the village of Montsalvy, designated a "Small Town of Character" and listed among the most beautiful villages in the Cantal region. You have 48 m² of living space, comprising a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upon request, I can provide a travel cot, a changing table with a bathtub, and a high chair (at no extra charge). Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. Regarding the surrounding area :

    You can fully enjoy the immediate proximity of the pedestrian streets, shops, and restaurants of the city centre:

Très beau village calme , les genns sont très gentils.Visite du point panoramique :le Puy de l'Arbre avec un désagrément le stand de tir avec les detonations a foison et panorama occulté par des sapins trop haut.Dommage...
