Then this beautiful house will not leave you indifferent, with a unique and timeless architecture. Modern, but with a warm atmosphere, where you will find absolute comfort to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Montuiri.



It is perfect for a family or two couples with children, distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find an office with an en-suite bathroom, a children's playroom and a spacious living room with an office-style kitchen, which give access to the pool (NOT HEATED)that has a bathroom. On the first floor, we have three double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom with shower and large dressing room.



It has air conditioning hot / cold pump throughout the house, free wifi, easy parking outside,



What to do in Montuiri?



It is a quiet town and at the same time with a social life, with its bars, its patron saint festivities and its very popular restaurants on the Island. Only 25 minutes by car from the center of Palma and 20 minutes by car from the beaches with crystal clear waters. If you like cycling you will be surrounded by key routes. The towns that surround you are Sineu, Villafranca, Lloret and Manacor.



You cannot miss:



The Molí de N'Ofre Museum , It is an old windmill well preserved, where there is a small ethnographic museum, maintained by the owner of the building.



Pearls Orchid . Museum shop, where you can see the process of making pearls.



S'Hostal Restaurant, a typical place in Mallorca, where you can taste the famous "Pa amb Oli" of Mallorca.



In addition there is a large sports center, pharmacy, playground, health center, etc ...

Ein wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Sehr Groß und geräumig, sauber und ordentlich.Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Check in. In der Anzeige steht, dass man das Haus ab 4:00am beziehen kann. Damit war allerdings 16:00 Uhr gemeint. Demnach saßen wir leider die ganze Nacht am Flughafen und mussten den Tag inkl. Koffer irgendwie überbrücken. Ich hoffe, dass die Anzeige mittlerweile geändert wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte zwar recht gut, jedoch gab es keinerlei Entschädigung o.ä. Im Großen und ganzen ist man im nachhinein immer schlauer und der gesamte Eindruck von unserem Urlaub war so positiv, dass wir es wieder buchen würden und weiterempfehlen würden.

Unterkunft bzw Haus waren sehr gut. Die Liegen am Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen und 2 Stck waren defekt. War aber für uns kein Problem, da wir nur zu zweit waren. Ansonsten wunderschöne Platz mit viel Ruhe und kurzem Weg ins Zentrum
