Beautiful villa with issues

Beautiful villa , beautiful pool but partly my fault for not doing research properly. This villa is part of a working farm (sheep & goats) this caused major issues with flys I means loads of them so much so that you could not eat or drink outside in the beautiful sunshine. It really should be pointed out in the advertisement of this villa . Beware

Les gerants sont très sympathiques et hyper reactifs ! Cadre reposant, maison tres bien équipée. Piscine grabde et securisee. Beaucoup d'ombre dans le jardin grâce aux nombreux arbres. Petit bémol lors des fortes chaleurs ce sont les mouches mais cela fait partie de la campagne ! Ferme a côté avec d'excellents rocamadour !

Nous étions 9 et avons passé un très bon séjour à Montvalent. La maison était très bien adaptée avec une partie indépendante pour les enfants qu'ils ont particulièrement appréciée et une partie pour nous adultes.Le jardins et les extérieurs étaient très bien entretenus et la piscine superbe. Merci pour les fromages Rocamadour que nous avons dégustés avec plaisir à notre arrivée, bravo aux chèvres pour le lait mais petit bémol por les mouches !La région est très belle .

Montvelant met 2 gezinnen met pubers

Was een heerlijk verblijf. Een mooie plek in de Dordogne. Wel afgelegen maar genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Rocamadour was prachtig en je kan ook kanoën op de Dordogne. Tip: reserveer je kanotocht optijd. Ons is het niet meer gelukt. We hebben van het zwembad en de tuin genoten

Beau gîte au calme, piscine magnifique!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte ( deux familles d'amis avec enfants). Le gîte est bien au calme, dans une belle campagne proche de la Dordogne et du gouffre de Padirac. Petite déception à l arrivée car le gîte est divisé en deux bâtiments, et manquait un peu de vaisselle pour 10 personnes, et un lit deux places etait un peu trop etroit et surtout de pas tres bonne qualité. Mais le jardin, la piscine parfaite et la vue très dégagée nous ont ravis. Le propriétaire très agréable propose des légumes du jardin succulents, et des fromages excellents, on a pu en profiter largement. Dès qu il nous manquait quelque-chose, nous avons été chaque fois depannés avec le sourire. On en gardera un très bon souvenir!

! l'internet n'était pas comme précisé sur l'annonce : pas de connexion pendant 2 jours, ensuite une petite box 4 G de dépannage avec faible débit, puis wifi réparé mais l'internet ne passait pas partout ni le long de la piscine comme promis. dommage qu'il y ait autant de mouches et que les moustiquaires n'étaient pas toutes étanches. très belle piscine et endroit calme, loin du tourisme de masse.

Séjour très agréable dans cette immense propriété. Idéale pour une grande famille. La maison est idéalement équipée et offre un immense calme. Les vacances ont été très agréable. Dommage en dehors de la période estivale il fait un peu froid dans la maison et il n y a pas de capacité pour mettre en route le chauffage électrique dans les chambres car la capacité électrique n est pas suffisante.
