The Residence is located at the foot of the Espace San Bernardo ski area, an international area which links La Rosière to Italy and which offers 160 kilometers of slopes of all levels.
Access to ski schools and the departure of the ski lifts are directly from the residence and all shops are nearby. Surface area : about 62 m². 4th floor. View ski slopes. Level 0 : Living room with balcony, pull-out sofa (80x200). Cabin with 2 bunk beds (90x200). Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Separated WC. Level 1 : Bedroom with shower, 2 twin beds (90x200), shower room. Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200). Shower room with shower. Separated WC.
