The apartment was very modern and the mattresses were very comfortable and we all had a good nights rest. I would stay here again! "It was so easy to walk to all the sites in Verona from this property. The staff was friendly and greeted us at their front desk a couple blocks away and they walked us to the property. Note this is a walking neighbor and car are not allowed on all the streets."

"We have stayed in VRBO accommodations around the world and this is NOT a VRBO quality property and should be removed from the website.There is nothing wrong with the apartment itself, the problem is with the LACK of service. "We chose Novo Hotel Rossi based on other users reviews and its proximity to the bus station, as well as walkability to historic and tourist sites . I am so glad we did!! The hotel was easy to find, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a great deal and offered a good selection of food. We were able to walk to the historical district in about 15 minutes and felt safe doing so, even at night. However, the stand out about all of these great things was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! If you are looking for an affordable, comfy stay, I would highly recommend this hotel. "
