Our renovated beach house is ideally situated in the heart of Mooloolaba. Just a short stroll from Mooloolaba Beach, the esplanade, surf club, wharf, and a variety of fantastic shops, restaurants, and cafes. This home offers direct canal access to the Mooloolah river and is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquillity. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac street, it provides a relaxed space for couples, families and friends to enjoy.
THE PROPERTY This charming 3-bedroom holiday home offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and exposed timber beams. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a servery window that opens up to outdoor entertaining space. Additional features include reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout.

This is such a fantastic holiday house. Quiet location within a 10 minute walk to everything, beach, coles, cafe's, surfclub.
The kids loved being on the canal, loveing the easy access for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Perfectly positioned property in close proximity to the restaurants and beach. Well appointed and looked after. Great communication from the property manager. All in all a fabulous stay, we will be back!
We enjoyed both our stays and this time we were with our doggie who enjoyed spending her days sleeping out in the sun. Its a great house and even better since the reno - its fantastic! Highly recommend and we will be back again. Thanks again Saskia
This house had everything you could possibly need. The keyless entry was so easy with us coming and going.
Everything was clean and modern.

Bloody rained out - No fault of the host or the accommodation. House was well set up on arrival with some great survival groceries, including coffee! Grandchildren enjoyed walks to the beach and the amazing beachfront playground opposite the Mantra. Very convenient to shops and amenities.

Wonderful to take our fur baby with us so she could enjoy a family get to get together.
Only recomendation would be replace pillows. Otherwise Beds comfy and having queens is perfect. Towels soft and fluffy. Happily book again 😃
The enclosed backyard, whilst compact, was perfect for small dogs. The deck at the edge of the canal is seperated by a pool gate, keeping pets and little ones safe.
We had everything we needed and more. The house and yard were perfect for our family with 2 small dogs. The beach and Coles were both a short walk away.
My husband and I and our friends, along with our 2 small dogs just had a 3 night stay here. It was excellent- everything it said it was! I hope to come back. 10 minute walk to the best beach in Australia in my opinion Suited 2 couples very well. Great restaurants and cafes etc within easy walking. Attention to detail was great in the house - I expect Saskia, the host, checks it between visitors!
Enjoyed our stay. Was good to have dogs with us. Nice yard for kids/dogs. Big enough house, everything we needed .Even a coffee maker. Perfect location.

We were impressed by the quiet location. The house was suitable for our family of four.
Walk or short drive to beach & shops. Both Kawana Shoppingworld & Sunshine Plaza not far. Saskia, the owner, was happy to answer any questions. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we required. Handy location for putting our kayak in the water.
Great location and facilities. Awesome we could have our dog with us.
Furniture in lounge too small for adult children. Broken chairs need replacing & fridge a bit small for 6 people.

The Most Wonderful Christmas
My Family and I came together at this amazing property for Christmas. It was everything that you need when visiting the Sunshine Coast and more. The location in unbeatable with the canal directly behind and the beach/shops/restaurants a short walk up the road. We sat on the deck to watch the sunset and it was just incredible. The house has a bBQ and all the cooking utensils that you need. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were brilliant communicators. We had the best Christmas and I would definitely recommend this property to others!!
