"This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay. "

"Stayed in a villa with private pool , very clean and nice pool, breakfast was nice, close to the shops and restaurants, good access to the beach, right next door to a activity centre that does jet ski and loads of other activities.
Overall very happy with the hotel "

"The grounds were amazing, pool and swim up bar were excellent (with a great happy hour!!). While the hotel is a little dated, the room was large with a neat little balcony to enjoy the sun. Will stay again - actually we had family staying nearby and they have decided to book this hotel next time instead of their own."

"Overall we had a good stay here. I found the property to be nice and clean, although a bit dated and would have preferred a bit more natural lighting in our room. Pool was fantastic. I didn’t I really enjoy the restaurant however, that was a personal preference as others in my party did. "

"The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday. "Property is great condition. Recent renovations and friendly helpful staff. Clean place with great pool in the center. Breakfast comes in 2 flavors American or Indonesian.
AC units on the far side of registration desk get hit with direct sunlight and struggle to keep the rooms cool. "

"Great experience and very friendly staff. We got our room upgraded from garden view to pool view. Room is specious and modern . Food was very delicious and a lot of options from different cuisines. Their meat and chicken were all halal which make big difference for us. We enjoyed staying in Laguna and highly recommend."
