"Check in staff was quick, cheerful and helpful. One computer wouldn’t work, so she went to the other desk. That worked, but the credit card scanner didn’t, so we went back to the first desk. Chip reader failed, so we scanned a different card. "

"This hotel was alright. The staff was kind and my kids enjoyed the pool. Numerous things were broken in the room when we checked in so I immediately had to report them because I was worried we would get charged for them. My kids loved the pool, but the beds were awful. It was like sleeping on concrete. Overall the hotel isn't bad but it wasn't worth the price they charged. "

"Great location central to all our activities in the Kansas City area. Having 5 king size beds and plenty of bathrooms was perfect for our family who came to celebrate a wedding. The host was wonderful from before arrival through check-out. We would absolutely book this house again!"
