Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻♂️

"From check in to check out, the overall experience was smooth & easy! I enjoyed my stay at Billion Western Hotel in Daegu. The breakfast was nice too with lots of options buffet style.
