Nice canyon location
The house was very nice and the setting was beautiful. They had all the things we needed in order to make meals and enjoy the surroundings. We brought horses with us and used the barn. Stalls were nice sizes. We did have to fix some fence that horses could have gotten through and gates that had nails sticking out, before putting horses in. The bedding in the stalls were very old and the grain bins had bird feathers and bird poop in them so we felt for the added cost to keep horses there these could have been prepared a little better. The drive way to the house was very steep but we were able to make it with a large truck and trailer. We did enjoy our stay!
We loved our time at this property! It was located in a gorgeous canyon with wonderful views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the hosts were super!
Better than we could have expected. We got time to relax, enjoy family meals, take walks and enjoy the county. Close to Devil's Tower and great restaurants with amazing people. The canyon will take your breath away.
Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and Remote!
If you like to have your own space away from the rest of the world...this place is for you. Great home in a beautiful remote valley. We saw lots of deer and turkeys. The kids enjoyed the friendly barn cat that roams the property. Farm fresh eggs daily. Our dog did find a skunk early one morning, but apart from that our stay was amazing.

The valley retreat was beautiful. I loved how green everything was and you felt as if you were in your own nature preserve. The house was tidy, well stocked, and the amenities were thoughtfully designed. We came here for our daughter’s seventh birthday and she enjoyed the trampoline, and the cute cat, and all the nice touches the owners have placed for children.
The only issues we had were with the pretty heavy duty chemicals left under sinks so if you do bring young children, you will have to move these. Wonderful property and great hosts!
Absolutely gorgeous inside and out! The cabin is impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking all our meals, and we appreciated the variety of spices (and the cute Pioneer Woman accessories). Everything felt luxurious, from the furniture to the fluffy towels to the thoughtfully chosen hand soaps. Farm fresh eggs from the on-site chickens were the icing on the cake!
We started each day sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the canyon at sunrise, followed by a hike through the canyon trails. It was so perfectly peaceful that we could hear the cattle quietly chewing the grass. The friendly barn cat greeted us upon arrival and kept us entertained. We grilled on the patio each evening and opened up the cabin windows to welcome in the cool breezes.
Although the purpose of this trip was relaxation, we did do a little sightseeing too. Devil's Tower is a quick drive, as well as some fun antique shops, cafes and old west museums.
We definitely hope to visit again soon!
Beautiful house in a canyon with a view. Very close to Devil's Tower. The owners were very helpful when we had to adjust our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. And we met the neighbors who also were very friendly. We got some once in a lifetime wildlife pictures from the patio. There was not good cell phone coverage at the house but the wifi worked really well for duo and facetime so we actually didn't need the cell service. Very comfortable house and one we definitely would use again when traveling in that area. We had a very relaxing time. Thanks for a Great Trip!
