"Great spot and lovely, comfortable property in walking distance from the beach. Wonderful to be able to bring our dog, and the deck had a gate so he could loll in the sunshine without running away. Attentive and helpful host too. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Definitely a thumbs-up."

"Great size for a large group, comfy beds, but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Lack of bathroom toiletries, no batteries in remote. Mouldy backed place mats, kitchen and glass cupboard needs a good clean. Broken chair and handles on drawers. Quite disappointing."

Reviewer Comments: I asked the day before we stayed if there was a travel cot in the house. The manager said no, so I had to borrow one. Turns out there is in fact a travel cot in the house!! A little annoying but it’s not a big issue!"

"The house looked lovely from the outside. The views of the ocean amazing. But some of the railing upstairs on the balcony was a bit wobbly and scary. It wasn't super clean. Very unhappy that we were unable to use the BBQ as it was full of ants, spoke with the property manager who told me she would send someone over to fix it and they never did. We could not put any food on any of the counters as the house was infested with ants. The kitchen bench tops the kitchen sink Next to the stove tops on the floor on the Carpet the ants were everywhere. . The description also said there would be a hammock and there wasn't. The house could do with a bug. Zapper as the flies never stopped coming in as soon as you open the doors. The house was in an amazing spot and the kids got to do a lot of swimming and fishing. I believe the price we paid for the 3 nights stay along with the cleaning fee ect was too high. We won't to return to Lancelin for another stay very soon but will be looking to stay somewhere else. I have sent a text to the property manager about our stay but haven't heard back from them yet. Thankyou "
