Built entirely of exotic wood, this architect-designed villa blends Polynesian charm, tropical inspiration, and modern comfort. Its design favours open spaces and airflow, creating a natural connection with the outdoors.

As soon as you step inside, a stunning 180° lagoon view unfolds. The large terrace is one of the home’s main living spaces, with a covered lounge, an outdoor dining area, and an unheated jetted tub, perfect for relaxing while taking in the view.

The equipped kitchen and living room open wide onto the terrace and the lagoon. These spaces are not air-conditioned: they are designed for constant natural ventilation, letting the breeze flow through and cool the rooms naturally.

As in many traditional tropical homes, the louvered windows can be closed but have no glass panes. In the areas without air conditioning, the roof design also provides constant natural ventilation. This architecture is designed to keep the inside of the villa closely connected to its tropical surroundings.

Bedrooms
Villa Tea Tea has three double bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

The master bedroom, facing the small garden, is air-conditioned and features a king-size bed (180 cm), a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom, also facing the small garden, is air-conditioned and has a queen-size bed (160 cm). It shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the third bedroom.
The third bedroom, with a queen-size bed (160 cm), is not air-conditioned. It enjoys constant natural ventilation thanks to the villa’s open design and its lagoon-facing orientation.

Fully furnished, equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, Villa Tea Tea offers a warm, exotic atmosphere. It will especially appeal to travellers looking for a home with character, in harmony with Moorea’s tropical nature.

Villa Tea Tea follows a tropical architectural design that favours natural ventilation and airflow.
The louvered windows can be closed but have no glass panes.
In the areas without air conditioning, the roof design provides constant natural ventilation, so these spaces are not fully sealed off from the outdoors.
