Great hotel, that offers on site parking, clean well appointed rooms, cheerful and helpful staff. The hotel is well located for out of town visitors with easy access to nice restaurants and cultural sites

The rooms were new and clean. The 2BR unit has 2BA which was a nice surprise, because the website was not clear about it. The kitchen items had to be requested at the front desk and were minimal if you plan to cook a meal.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Sosuite at The Ovation - Avenue of The Arts
The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited.
