The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac location in the village of Neermoor. Grocery store, kiosk, bakeries and much more are therefore only a few minutes' walk away. A car parking lot is located directly on the street. A balcony with barbecue facilities and garden furniture is available.  Moormerland is located in the city triangle of Emden, Leer and Aurich. The Moornlands Fehn landscape is characterized by canals, cradles and the Fehn-typical bascule bridges. Signposted bike and hiking trails in the middle of a great natural landscape want to be explored on foot, by bike or by boat. A tourist highlight is the Emssperrwerk in Gandersum. Here you can experience the latest technology. Cruise ships from the Meyer shipyard reach the big wide world via the Ems barrage. Moormerland also has a lot to offer culturally. These include the Alte Seilerei museum, the lock, the pumping station and the Alte Waage in Oldersum, the gallery Dutch windmills in Neermoor and Warsingsfehn, the Heitens Huus museum and numerous churches and historical cemeteries. Apartment Groenewold:
The apartment is on the upper floor and has a separate entrance door. With a double bedroom and a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate a maximum of four people. The apartment convinces with its bright and modern rooms. Right next to the kitchen is a dining room with access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Hair dryer, washing machine and dryer are available. 

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
