It was very suitable for our family get-together. it's a good location. Easy access to everything.
We had our family get-together and we found this property to be suitable and at a good location. Everything worked good in the house. Had no problems at all. We had no issues with anything. No issues or problems with neighbours.
We had a full house of young teens for an event. We had concerns that there wasn't enough room but with the house going up instead of out it didn't feel too cramped after all unless we were all around the kitchen :) that did happen when the hunger set in lol. All in all, we appreciated the hot water that seemed endless with shower after shower. We didn't spent too much time at the house though, mainly just to sleep and clean up/reset. Their was a few quirks with an old place, it was quite cold on the main floor and warm on the second and third floor. Some things may need attention like the chair legs at the kitchen nook were on borrowed time and some of the pans were ready for replacement (there were other pans to choose, no worries). It was just like walking into grandmas home with knickknacks and things around to look at. We would returning again if we are ever in the area.
Very good location, close to all the activities we had planned. The interior is in need of some TLC, and a new BBQ would be an asset.all in all, we had a good time.
Cute little house. Great for our stay. Managed to walk to almost everything that we went to for the weekend. The top floor seemed quite hot but we didn't need it so it wasn't an issue. Or - alternatively - there could have been some sort of fan or a/c unit we didn't observe. Host was quick with replying and the house had everything we needed

Interesting
The house was old an had a different aroma, it was great for younger or more fitted people. Stairs were slightly steep and you had to really hold onto the rails to go down the stairs. I personally slipped and stumbled down the top steps but luckily caught myself. Overall if i was ok for being it my first experience with an air b and b..
My colleagues and I stayed here for 4 nights while we performed at the Ex. While the house was large enough for the 3 of us to each have our own space, I doubt we'd return. Although there were certainly some nice features to the house, the place needed some repairs, TLC, and wasn't accurately described. There aren't actually 4 full bedrooms. There are 2 on the second floor and a loft area on the 3rd floor that is partially divided by some dusty curtains. The 3rd floor had a heavy, musty smell to it and to the bed we used at first. The window at the top wouldn't open so our colleague staying in that space couldn't air it out very well. He ended up needing to move to the other bed in the area because he said one of the beds was very uncomfortable. The stairs connecting the 3rd floor to the 2nd wete very dangerous. There was no barrier blocking off the beginning of the steps to the center of the room's floor. and the drop was very steep if we had taken one step too far at night. Very dangerous if kids had been present and is absolutely not accessible for anyone with mobility or balance challenges. The window in larger bedroom on the 2nd floor bedrooms kept falling out of the frame if we tried to open it to freshen up the air which was quite a dangerous discovery. The front entrance was cluttered with large storage bins stacked on top of each other, so we decided to use the back entrance only. And, while the house was fairly clean overall, it certainly needs work invested into
