The staff was super awesome. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and great at their jobs. The rooftop bar is beautiful with great servers/ bartenders as well as the restaurant down stairs. Personally the food wasn’t my favorite especially compared to the food that is around but that’s not to say it was bad, just not my first pick. The one thing that was actively annoying was the parking situation, my husband and I agreed we’d stay here again but one thing that makes us look at other options is the parking. I looked at a lot of hotels for this trip, it was a very important birthday trip for him I was trying to make perfect. I was very thorough about reading everything and all the descriptions, maybe I accidentally missed something but I didn’t see that parking was 55 dollars A NIGHT until after I had paid for the room. Very frustrating that nearly 250 dollars of our trip was just for parking at a hotel we had paid 800+ for but that’s really my only complaint. (Besides not having a microwave in the room but that’s not a big deal). Besides that the staff was amazing, they even let me have several different places deliver birthday surprises there before we checked in and had everything in the room very nicely so my husband has a surprise to walk into without suspecting a thing. Overall it was an 8 out of 10 and really just because of the parking. It was very walkable to a lot of places and felt safe and clean inside and out.
