"This is a great place to stay to explore Lake Como. Walking distance from the train station, many bakeries and restaurants, and the pier to board the ferry (tip: go early in the morning). Staff friendly and attentive."

"This property well exceeded our expectations"

"A great property in a great location."

"Very comfy, cozy, clean place to rest our tired legs from all the walking we did in Lake Como/Bellagio! Easy to get to and attentive owner, great communication. "

"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"
