Overall, it was a worst experience, it was hard to locate hotel. There were no signs outside or any directions inside. Not good smell inside room or the hallway. Not enough towels in bathroom, Restaurant in the hotel had its exhaust broken, causing all the smoke in the restaurant sitting area.

Check in was super slow, lights shorted 1 hour after getting into our room so maintenence had to be called to fix it as we were totally in the dark. All restaurants were closed. So we had to order in Rome service with very, very limited items, which, when they came after an hour, were very cold. ...
