Our room smelled like stale cigarettes - the smell lingered on our clothes and it just wasn't pleasant. The towels also smelled and were damp.

Hair in the sheets. Make up on the pillow cases. Asked for them to be changed and while they were very responsive when they change the sheets those had stains on them. Mold on the shower curtain and tile grout and bathroom ceiling. Toilet had a ring in it and the sink would not drain well. Reviews online were 3.75/5. I would have given it zero stars. Would never stay there again.

Oh my. This property has fallen behind on general room maintenance issues:toilet was wobbly and not bolted down, door frames had rust all over them, pots had burned bottoms (on inside) for boiling water or eggs, fridge had rust stains along the side facing the stovetop, and furniture fabric (especially the couch) was dingy and dirty. However, the bed was super comfortable, there was tons of space and the hot shower worked well. I conclude this property is overpriced for the shabby conditions.

Older motel, not kept up very well. We stayed in a pet room, so didn't expect it to be amazing. Bed spread was stained, room smelled musty and was not particularly clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It's a roof over your head. Go somewhere else if you want much more than that.

Didn’t get what I paid for😢

I paid $210 for a small room with 2 double beds with dirty sheets and blankets already when we got there. The floor was soaking wet and we had to change out the humidifier water ourselves, plus the phone in our room didn’t work. I’m highly unsatisfied.

Don’t waste your time or money

Absolutely overpriced for this trashy place. The bedding and towels in the room were dirty. The room felt moist and sticky. Both the toilet & AC ran all night long. Their continental breakfast consisted of pop tarts and they charge for bottled water. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

I won’t wish this place on my enemies

Hands down the worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. The sheets were not cleaned with the added bonus of stains and cigarette burns. The bathroom obviously was never cleaned and should have been tapped off as a crime scene. When I tried to get the front desk on the phone I got no answer, of course. The health department obviously doesn’t exist in the city. It should be considered fraud to charge $170 a night to stay at this Quality Inn. There’s nothing QUALITY about it!

We stayed for 8 days. The room was never cleaned, we had to put our trash outside the door to keep it from piling up, we had to ask for fresh towels and a couple times was told there were no clean towels. We even had to go ask for toilet paper twice. Breakfast was only until 9 and it was cereal bars and muffins. Paid almost $2K and would have expected better.
