This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The first room we were given smelled bad, and the bathroom floor was constantly wet, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We reported these issues to the front desk the following morning and were moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own major problem—the air conditioning did not work. After already dealing with the issues in the first room, being moved to another room that lacked a basic amenity was extremely frustrating. The staff was courteous and did try to help by switching our room, which we appreciated. However, the hotel should ensure that rooms are properly cleaned, maintained, and inspected before guests check in. Between the odor, the wet bathroom floor, and the lack of air conditioning, our stay fell far below expectations. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
